I am a mom to 2 little boys and a girl. I gained all my weight after my kids were born. Looking in the mirror disgusted me.... I joined a clinic in Austin, TX and couldn't be happier. I am truly proud of how far I have come and will continue to stay on this lifestyle change. Its not a diet... Its a totally different way of life and how you view life. However, this way of life, has been the best change yet!
