My Story:
I was fairly thin all my life but after college I noticed a good amount of weight gain that wasn't coming off with watching what I ate and exercise. I tried many different diets that did not work so I gave up. Finally I heard about this program and am hoping that with all of the hands on support and I finally stick to something.
