I’ve been trying to lose weight most of my life and on a lot of medication, mostly for migraines . I also found out I have a fatty liver. I found out about Ideal Protein and decided to try it. I’ve lost 70 pounds! I’ve never been able to do that! My fatty liver is now ok, but I still have migraines .I’m still on phase 1 and not exactly sure how much more to lose. I’m pretty scared about moving to phase 2. I hope I will know when it’s best to stop losing and move to phase 2.
