I had been at the same weight (225) for years. Clothes were carefully chosen to obscure my body. I knew Joyce, and applauded her success in losing weight. After my latest ct scan came out well, I began to think ahead, to a time when I would be healthy and there for my grandsons and daughter. So in November 2016, I met with Joyce, who works at Lake Lifestyle Ideal Protein clinic. I'm down almost 40# and love the way I feel. I have energy and feel in great health. I feel blessed to have such good food, and to be working with Joyce.
