I have been a big girl all my life ... I have tried several ways to loose weight ... I even have the Gastric bypass in 2001 and loss about 200 lbs ... I married that I went through some rough times and put some of my weight back on and then tried again by myself and loss about 30 pounds and it has just been hard. So I recently joined ideal protein and I am here to stay
