My Story:
I have been on the I.P. Diet for 8 weeks aand have lost 19 pounds. It is good but I have been having a problem finding recipes that strictly follow the Phase One guidelines. They all seem to have some kind of grains or dairy in them. But I think it is a very good way to learn proper eating habits!
I have now been on IP for 8 months and lost 58 pounds. Now I am on Phase 4 and am having a hard time figuring out meal plans. Can anyone help? Thanks!
