My Story:
After years of struggling with my weight I was able to loose 145lbs (and keep it off) over 10 years ago. I am always looking for low carb recipes along with new and exciting ways to keep my husband (and myself) on the right track. We include a healthy amount of complex carbs, moderate (healthful) fats, and recommended high quality proteins but bread is limited (as this is my trigger).
