I went to Portland Maine the end of November 2013 and decided to buy some clothes as I was going back to work the first of December. Even size 16 wouldn't fit me. I was so discouraged that I came home determined I was going to lose weight. My son started the Ideal Protein program and at this point I believe he had lost 35 lbs. I was so impressed by his weight loss in such a short period of time that the timing was right for me. I started on November 25 and I have not looked back. I get hungry once in a while but trying each day to learn more about the program. It is touch sometimes but I think I'm doing ok. I have lost 15lbs since I started and I feel really good about myself. I'm not where I want to be in my weigh loss yet, but if I continue I know I will get there.
