Inspired by my friends around me losing weight, looking great, feeling wonderful and me being sick and tired of feeling blah and my weight always going up. Things changed for me once I hit 40 and no longer could I eat and drink what I wanted without consequences. Now, being 45, and not being able to active things without hurting really kicked me in the butt as far as wanting to make a change.
