I have been been on this roller coaster of up more than down weight for a long time. Recently it has been more discouraging because as I am getting older, it doesn't seem to matter how hard I work at it, the weight doesn't seem to go down. I am a nurse and it is very hard to tell people to take care of themselves when I don't look like the picture of health myself. With heart disease riddling my family, I am just a ticking time bomb. I started going to a new doctor since our move to Anchorage and we did a simple annual physical. She sat me down and told me that I had a metabolic disorder and she would like for me to try Ideal Protein. So here I am. I am a newbie at this but I know that I am on the right path with the right help.
