After losing 30lbs with Ideal Protein, I decided to become a coach. 3.5 years later and I still absolutely love what I do! My children eat better, I have the knowledge and tools to maintain, and I learn just as much from my clients as they do from me. I am always looking for recipes to help them along their journey.
