My Story:
Hello there- I have been on this weight loss journey with ideal protein since Sept.15,2020. I have done many diets before and have not met my goal. This time my faith and a new mindset to start and finish what i started. I am enjoying Ideal Protein. I decided this time I would not do things that I had before. I try something new weekly. I keep trying new products to keep it fresh.
I want to loose about 50 lbs. I have lost to date 15.6 lobs.
10.22.21 to date I have lost 28lbs. And got 22lbs to go!!!
