Have lost weight many times with other diets. The most recent was HCG about 3 years ago. Got down to where I was in college. But so hard to keep off. Decided that I had to learn to eat right for a lifetime - not a short term. On day 3 and not having too many problems yet. But need to find recipes to keep food interesting. Goal is to loose 80 pounds.
