Struggling with my weight during my adult life, It seemed I tried every diet. I was successful at times and some times I wasn’t. In 2014, a friend of mine was starting on the Ideal Protein Protocol. I was skeptical and decided to take a wait and watch approach. Over the next few months, I could see results and major accomplishments with her weight loss.

I decided that I needed to try the Ideal Protein Protocol to see if I could get the same results. I started early in 2015 and within 2 weeks of trying the protocol, I knew that I had to open a clinic to help others with weight and health issues associated with Metabolic Syndrome. I opened in a small office space April 23, 2015 and reached out to friends and family.

Soon the results of my first clients were showing around town. Referrals began to come in and we started to grow! My career path started when I was 16 years old as a lifeguard. To add to my roles of mom and business owner, I am active in many areas of the community and I remain working with our other business Advanced Paramedic Limited as an EMT. I am rewarded by helping people during times of need.
