I’ve always been thin but as I age, I’ve noticed that I’ve been contrary gaining a few pounds each year. Last year I joined IP and lost 17 pounds. I know it doesn’t seem like a lot but for me, it’s huge!! I’m in it for life and keep myself in check so I dot gain it back!
