My Story:
I've been thin most of my life. Was the kid who didn't really have to watch what she ate so I have NO discipline! Lost 30 lbs in 2009 w/a rigorous Boot camp and clean eating it worked great but could not fit in the workouts w/work and life got in the blah blah blah. Started IP 8/10 and today (8/27/15) I'm down just about 12 lbs with 13 to 18 to go...So excited about trying these new recipes! #notaquitter #icandothis!
