I have managed to gain 65 pounds over the past 10 years. I reached my NEVER EVER point and decided that I had to take control. Over the past 10 years I have tried Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem and WeightWatchers with limited success. I'm in need of quick weight loss to keep me motivated and a friend told me she is doing this and it comes with more accountability and journal-tracking. I have a goal of getting fit and getting to my goal weight. I don't like cooking for myself, but I'm committed to making this work. It is a lifestyle change that at this moment I'm committed to.
