I'm 47, female and feel that this is my time in life. I've spent my entire adult life raising my children and providing 100% support to them and their children. By taking this journey it says that I have done my job and now it's my turn. My goal is 40lbs, I have met other's at work that have also taken this journey and are more than happy to guide and provide support when required. I'm excited to take my first steps.
