I have been a yoyo dieter for many years. I feel this is the one for me as I don't have to think much about what I am going to eat next. I am a little fussy on what veggies I eat so I am just trying to find different ways to prepare what I do eat. I will be on my 3rd weigh in tomorrow - so far close to 8 lbs and 4 inches.. Happy Girl I am :-)
