I have been challenged with weight loss since a child. I am typically a yo yo dieter. It comes off and then comes back on. I know this is not a rare story, but one that is shared with a great many. I think ideal protein is going to be a successful tool for me as I am looking forward to making the lifestyle change and to be coached along the way!
