My Story:
I have been dieting for years and felt loosing weight was just not possible until I have 3 friends go on this diet. I started at 212lbs on 2/10/14 and as of today, 4/24/14 I am down to 180!!! This is the easiest diet I have ever been on and I am NEVER hungry!!
