I tried Weight Watchers a number of times without success, I've tried high-protein diets on my own and, of course, going to the gym but nothing seemed to work for me. Ideal Protein works....I can't believe it ! Only a month in and I've already lost 12.5 pounds and 9 inches total......very encouraging !
