Started on IP 4 months ago . . . Lost 40 lbs so far and am very happy! Modifying a little . . . . like when I find something that is 0-0-0-0 carbs, fat, etc. And it is working well. I was a little nervous about trying anything creative (I am not a baker or even a cook!) but I tried a few recipes from your site and they worked out great. Thanks!
