I joined the IP program a little over 5 years ago at my daughters urging. I lost 40 lbs that summer and felt great. Though I still had more to lose I hadn't felt that good in a long time and decided to phase off the program and let the skin on my body catch up (or down). The last 2 years I have let my daily diet diligence go and put back on 20 lbs. So I am back on program and hoping to finish what I started 5 years ago.
