My Story:
My wife started her ideal protein diet 2 months ago. We decided unlike other diets we would change our "default" recipes for daily cooking. Find recipes that were 25 minutes or less. Item to replace those "go to" items when we are so busy with the kids, school, work ect. It has done wonders. My wife has lost 40 pounds and I have lost 15 just changing what I eat and not being on as strict a diet as her. I have been coming to this website for many recipes, so I figured I would sign up. My suggestion to all it don't diet, change your "fall back" recipes. Find items that are healthier and can replace those old ones you know well. Then watch the pounds melt away.
