I am married mother of three boys, have always struggled with my weight even as a child. I started Ideal Protein about two months ago weighing 210 lbs I have had some old health issues go away but have had to have some surgery due to hernia/appendix. But am sticking to this I am now at 185 with 60 more pounds to go and I believe with God and Ideal Protein I am going to get it done. Very happy I found this site.
