I was at my highest weight when I realized I didnt want to be that way anymore. I had the lap band procedure done and it helped alot! I lost 75 pounds. I felt a ton better! Then I went through a terrible divorce. Of course me the food lover did not follow my restrictions and gained back about 30 pounds. I feel terrible all the time and I LOVE junk food. So here I am, trying a little different avenue to get down to the weight I want. Then I can use my lap band to maintain my awesome goal! 2015 is MY year! :)
