My Story:
Hi just started using the Ideal Protein plan. I hoping to lose 40 lbs.
My weight has gradually been increasing since I had kids. I'm 53 yrs old and I've never weighed so much even when I was pregnant.
I've never been one to be too concerned with my weight, but now I'm really depressed and I don't feel good about myself.
I'm determined to do this and get back to my weight pre-pregnancy.
