My Story: 

I am 5’6 and 140lbs eat very well and work out 5-6 times per week. I can’t seem to shed the 15lbs of excess body fat that does not want to leave my body!! I’ve tried everything and you are my last resort. I’ve had family do it and they have been successful. My only problem is I do crossfit at 6am 4x/week and spinning on the weekends, I work 2 jobs Mon-Frid 8-4pm at a desk and waitress P/T evenings thurs-sat nights. Really need something that will give me the energy I need to work out/work and lose the weight….Can you help??
