I never had a weight problem until I went into a depression just before a separation. Yet it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I've been struggling with my weight ever since. I'm the type of person, for some reason cannot lose weight rapidly. And since eating trends change all the type. Like clothes styles...I find it hard to really understand what to do.
