I am 33 years old and after our second son I had some complications where I was unable to walk without a walker for about 2-2 1/2 months so I was pretty much chair bound and had to have someone stay with me 24 hours a day to help with my son. Since I was unable to walk or do anything for that time the weight piled on and it was hard to get it to come off once I was mobile again so I needed a push to get me in the right direction to eat healthier and get the weight off.
