My Story:
I weighed 192 lbs and was getting to close to the 200mark. Every time I weighed myself I would get mad at myself and depressed. I knew I had to do something. I started to watch my diet and I exercised six days a week. I'm down to 149 now which I got to with a lot of hard work. However my goal is to reach 135. I know I can get there with help and encouragement from others. Would love to see and try new recipes that are low carb and low sugar.
