2nd time around... got to goal and was in maintenance. Last December my mother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and she had to move to a nursing home... so i spent every moment i could with her at the nursing home. And didnt eat right. After she passed i just couldn’t get back on the wagon. After gaining all the weight back that i had lost, i finally had the gumption to get back to IP. Already lost 5 of the 20 i need to lose! Looking forward to some fun recipes. Thank you!
