I had a little joke with myself that when I hit 200 I'd sell, well I did and stumbled upon Judy MacDonald and Sweet success transformation clinic which truly allowed my metamorphosis of my life to begin; I have been on maintenance since January 2013 and have maintained my weight and BCA within a 5-10 pd range. I lost a total of 55 pounds - 39 through the program and 16 on my own. When I feel a slide back I go visit Judy and get a re-start. The Ideal Protein program allowed me to transform myself not only physically but also mentally into a more confident person. The coaches at the clinic are great role setters since they are also graduates of the program. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants a metamorphosis transformation to themselves and life.
