This is my second time on Ideal protein. The first time was 5 years ago, and i lost 44 lbs... i had a bad year and gained alot of it back mostly due to inactivity... it worked the first time around so i'm giving it a go again , hopefully for the last time... alot has changed in the protocol, and there are many many more products out. i'm almost at the end of week 3 and i'm seeing results. its very encouraging. i'm also compiling a bunch of phase 1 recipes. as soon as i figure out how to post them here, i will. this time around, i'm trying to lose weight (35lbs) and regain my healthy eating habits.
