These recipes are a big help in find new goods to make. I am on this program and have lost 38 lbs and downsize from 20 to 13 /14. I in phase 1 at this time. My grown children are also on this program and son gas lost 80 lbs and is phase 4. My daughter has lost 40 lbs and continues in phase 1.
