Started on Ideal Protein, November 29, 2018... severe back, foot pain, reflux, tired all the time. Desperate for a change, took my doctors advice and joined... and I am SO thankful I did. Down 55 lbs (61 from my max weight) & I could not be happier! More than half way to my goal!
