I'm 73 years young, I was overweight from limited mobility( result of car accident) I developed diabetes type 2, blood pressure soared. My chiropractor had a workshop about Ideal Protein Diet, he recently hired a charming Nutritionist, Cathy, she explained it to me. She guides me thru it ,I'm losing weight , blood pressure is down, sugar is better. I recommend this diet to anyone with similar problems.
