Hit 50 and everything seemed to just balloon, cannot seem to lose the weight even though I am eating properly and exercising the way I should be. I would love to learn these techniques as I have a sister that needs to lose at least 50lbs, she has an aorta aneuryism that she may need surgery to repair, but has to lose weight first, is a diabetic and high blood pressure. She has tried every diet in the book but cannot seem to lose weight. I would love to be able to teach her and help her out.
