My Story: 

been on Ideal Protein diet beginning week 4, lost 12 in first 3 weeks. It has relatively easy - I am looking forward to makin my goal weight by week 15 if I stay on this pace. Follow the plan - be creative and log and listen to your body cravings - look back into your log of what you ate if you find yourself craving foods that will make you cheat. I found that everytime I ate the chili - I wanted to cheat - so I gave it up as nummy as it was - the cravings weren't worth it.
