im 39 years old and set out numerous personal goals to complete this year so badly did I want to be more complete and to stop having to struggle with money, kids, jobs, debt, and more, I have been so successful with every single goal except one, my weight its the last piece of the puzzle before I hit the big 40, its just time to get the job done and enjoy all aspects of my life I no its going to be hard but I know im worth it
