I have never been able to lose any amount weight no matter what program I tried or how Harding exercised! I had losses of 15-25lbs but it took me months sometimes a year to she'd that amount, but the minute I came off my strict regime it all came flowing back! I started Ideal Protien 2 days ago & I am hoping this time this program will be my final journey!!!
