I have tried Nutra Systems, Isagenixs, and now I am finally back at the one I know works for me. Ideal Protein.
Having been sick for 6 months, the medication I was put on put 35 lbs on me. Being weak and tired from being sick, it has not been easy trying to lose these pounds. So here I am on the 19th of January, my dear Dads, birthday. starting out day 1.....and off I go down my journey to try to get back the figure that was and will once again be mine.
