Hello everyone
My name is Alex, im 20 years old living in Barrie Ontario Canada. I initially began on the Ideal Protein program in 2012 with my father as a means of becoming healthier but stopped in May of 2013 due to unforseen circumstances. However i am happy to report that I am back on track as of today (Nov.26/2013) and am glad to be joining the community here to find new recipes.
