I have been overweight my entire adult life. After having unsuccessful knee replacement on both knees and now living in constant pain, I am so excited to find a medical monitored diet program that doesn't involve prescribed medications or surgery!! I want to be able to walk, without it being such a struggle, and swim again!! I am eager to learn how to gain control of what and why I eat.
