Hi I first started on ideal protein in Saskatchewan. A number of years later we moved to Alberta and went through a stressful time. Consequently I had gained some of my weight back.I had also fractured my foot in Feb so could not exercise. On April 12 I went to the Strath more Location to restart. I was located right off the street with close parking and street access which was important to me on crutches.i am back at my goal weight and am phasing off yea!
