I joined IP two years ago and lost 86 pounds when no other diet consistently worked for me due to the multiple medications I'm on, and also the multiple surgeries I've had. I've returned to IP to take off the 25-30 pounds I put back on with stress eating over the last year due to losing a house in a fire, moving, having a husband with depression, and my mom dying. I am getting ahead of food controlling my life. My daughter is getting married in 6 months, and I want to look good again for myself and for her.
