We deliver fresh bins of certified-organic fruits and vegetables to homes in and around the GTA. The contents of our box change each week depending on the season. Start by choosing a basket that best suits your needs (ranging from $27.50 – $55). One of these needs to be included with each delivery (or, at the very least, $25 worth or produce needs to be included with your order). You’ll automatically receive your deliveries on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. (you’re billed on your delivery day) Skip a week, change/customize your basket or cancel anytime. There’s no commitment! We don’t require any pre-payments (besides the initial $10 sign up/membership fee). Freshly baked organic breads, locally-made organic cheeses, freshly roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, wild jellies, organic milk and yogurt – we could go on. We work with our favorite small businesses and artisans in Toronto and offer their items at the same price as offered in their stores (and delivery is free!!!).

I set out to lose 20 pounds before my son's wedding....when I hit my goal of 20 I decided to keep going because I was feeling great! Now, after 6 months, I've lost 45 pounds and am thinner than when I got married 35 years ago. My family are so proud of me and I feel fantastic.(I also looked pretty darn good at the wedding:)) I couldn't have done this on any other diet. Both having a great coach and also being able to satisfy my sweet tooth was the key to my success.

This is a simple story.
Gain weight, lost weight , gane agin.
Now I am at 228 lb. This is a second time in my life I got to the point of beeing 228.
May be it's my magic number .
My normal weight is 155 - 160 . I feel good and energetic at this weight and I look good.
So my goal is to be 155 by the end of July of 2015.

My Husband and I registered with the program 2 years ago and we both lost a combination of 90 pounds (Scott 60lbs. and Lhot 30lbs.) with the very good help of our nutritional coach. Anyhow, we gain it all back after stopping the program. This is the only diet program that really worked with us without exercising. I would love to get the recipes free on line and get back on track again.
