Hi , my name is Carla. I started Ideal Protein 6 weeks ago and just love it! I previously lost 92 pounds through weight watchers and kept it off but still had 20 lbs to go to hit my goal weight. Well I am almost there. I love the program and the food. And am looking for new recipes :) |

I signed up with Ideal Protein in February 2013, lost 18 pounds and have been very successful to keep it off. I gained a few pounds back this summer so am going to get right back at it to take those pounds off. This site with these great recipes will be a great help. This is the only diet ever, that I have had such great success.......LOVE it!! Having a great coach is also a huge help and I have the greatest! |

I've tried just about every diet out there to some extent but never stuck with one long enough to see real lasting results. I've steadily gained weight since I had my kids 20 years ago. I've always been a size or two larger than my peers so I've had a weight issue pretty much since my late teens. Ideal protein sounds like a great plan. I've booked an appointment to sign up on August 17. Can't wait to start. A new me is around the corner :) |

I amd a 32 yr old mother of 2 and have struggled with my weight for most of my life. Since having children I have gained a substantial amount of weight. My husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 2 yrs ago and was put on medication(A mask!). This got us both thinking that we aren't making the right choices for us or our children. We were never given the right info about what kinds of foods are healthy and what kinds of foods are bad. We thought we knew but it was very obvious we were doing something wrong. He made the decision, after hearing stories at work of others losing weight, to start IP. He has in the last 6 months lost 50lbs and is no longer on medication for diabetes. His blood sugars are EXACTLY were they are supposed to be and he feels great. I have a 7month old baby and decided after he stopped breast feeding to jump on the wagon... and so my journey begins :) |

When I started by IP journey September 5, 2012 I never in a million years thought that a) I'd lose the weight as quickly as I did and b) that I'd keep it off for a whole year! I'd done other diets and I did lose weight and almost immediately after I'd gain it all back...and more. |

I lost 70lbs on this diet before I had my baby and felt great! Back on it to lose the baby weight and fit back in my skinny jeans! I was the smallest I had ever been and intend to be back there again. |
