Have always been focused on staying healthy. My weight went way up in my late 30's after the birth of my 2 children......finally in my early 40's I decided it was time to get serious and get the weight off. I lost 40 lbs and kept it off for 6 years. Then the end of 2006 I lost my only sister (younger) to breast cancer. I comforted myself with food and gained over 20 lbs, then I hit menopause. So I was 26 lbs over where I like to be. Started IP program in Jan/13 and have lost 17 lbs so far, 9 lbs to go. Great program!
