After 2 pregnancies I've gained 70pounds.. my normal weight is 150-160 and I weigh now 210. Today is my 3rd day on the IP and I'm excited to see the reaults!!!

Have always been focused on staying healthy. My weight went way up in my late 30's after the birth of my 2 children......finally in my early 40's I decided it was time to get serious and get the weight off. I lost 40 lbs and kept it off for 6 years. Then the end of 2006 I lost my only sister (younger) to breast cancer. I comforted myself with food and gained over 20 lbs, then I hit menopause. So I was 26 lbs over where I like to be. Started IP program in Jan/13 and have lost 17 lbs so far, 9 lbs to go. Great program!
